Warranty Policy
At Arrow, we offer a 12-month warranty policy against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.
Proof of purchase is required when a warranty claim is submitted. Paddles purchased from our authorized representative or retail partners is allowed with the same proof.
Photographic or video evidence may be required in certain instances.
All paddles submitted for a warranty claim will be inspected by our team and Arrow reserves the final right to determine if a paddle is valid for a claim.
Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.
What's Covered
- Handle breaks
- Loose edge guard and cracking
- End cap damage
- Surface cracks
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Graphic fade
- Rattling (that doesn't affect performance)
- Abuse / Neglect
- Damage caused by hits to the ground
- Paddles obtained by way of gifts / prizes / giveaways or by non-authorized means
